Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more to be delivered in the 48 contiguous states.  Order subtotal value must be $100 and taxes and gift cards (that you are purchasing) do not apply to your order total.  Free shipping is automatically reflected at checkout.  Free shipping does not apply to expedited orders or orders with a noted Oversize Item Delivery Fee. Orders are shipped with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.  

Orders with Standard Shipping selected may ship via a variety of carriers, including USPS, Fedex, and UPS.  Some Fedex and UPS orders may be delivered by the USPS.  As soon as orders are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.  Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Mail.  Express and/or Premium shipping is not offered for these locations. (International Shipping is currently not available, please check back as we are planning on adding this option at a later date.)

We offer expedited shipping on eligible items within the 48 contiguous United States. Products that are not eligible for expedited shipping will feature language on the product page and in the cart.

The Mythical Accessories Emporium Warehouse (also known as my studio) is open Monday through Friday.  Weekend delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier.  Express or premium orders placed after 10:00 AM MST typically ship the next business day.  

Some oversized items may require an Oversize Item Delivery Fee.  Fees will vary and are notated on the item’s product detail page. 

Our current shipping time is 3-8 business days (plus 2 days for processing). Orders with expedited shipping do not include the standard processing time and will arrive in the amount of days listed during checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your order!

Ground Shipping: It will take 3 to 10 business days for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States, based on how far you are from us in Helena, Montana.

Express Shipping: Order by 10am MST. Delivery in 3 business days (depending on weather as the package is leaving Montana) via UPS, USPS, or FedEx

PLEASE NOTE: Once orders depart they may experience delays due to the safety measures, increased volume, and staffing issues all shipping carriers are experiencing. Please reach out to UPS, USPS, or FedEx should you have any questions regarding your delivery status.

Orders will not begin processing until the following business day for the below dates as we honor the below holidays with time off:

    • Family Birthday Party: September 10 through September 13
    • October 11th
    • Thanksgiving Break, includes the day before and the day after Thanksgiving.
    • Christmas Break and Winter Solstice: December 21st through December 27th
