Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Mythical Accessories Emporium. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. During the holidays I do extend this time frame for items purchased as a gift. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Any issues with an order must be reported within this time frame.
Final Sale:
Items marked final sale or ending in .97 are not returnable or eligible for exchange and are indicated as so when shopping, at checkout.
Damages, Shortages, or Quality Issues:

Custom Order Return Policy: At Mythical Accessories Emporium, we take pride in crafting unique and personalized items tailored to your preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns unless the item was damaged prior to shipping. In the unfortunate event that your custom order arrives in a damaged condition, we kindly request that you provide us with clear photographs of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. This visual documentation will enable us to assess the issue and expedite the resolution process. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our offerings.
I Accidently Put in the Wrong Address When Ordering, Can You Reship?
You are welcome to place a new order to the correct address, but we do not resend or refund processed orders if the order was placed with a customer address error.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility and condition. We will notify you by email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of receipt for us to process your return and complete the necessary inspections.
Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time and will not include shipping.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
